Introduced in 1984, the Psion 1 can be considered the first PDA (Personal Digital Assistant). It allowed people to store contact information and a schedule, and had a clock and calculator.Promoted as "world's first pocket computer," it sold for $200. Today, a PDA can do much more, and cost much less.
